In return for your efforts we offer our staff the following conditions:
Permanent or fixed-term, full-time or part-time, and flexible working employment options.
1. Working hours for full-time posts are 35 hours per week on either a rota or fixed basis, including some evening and weekend work, unless otherwise stated (for residential services).
2. Annual leave entitlement of 28 days plus Bank Holidays for most staff.
3. For residential services posts, annual leave entitlement is 36 days (including Bank Holidays). This entitlement is Pro-rota for all part-time posts.
