Like everyone else in the social care sector, Rugby House operates
within a clear quality assurance framework and associated regulatory requirements. These include targets set by the government for evidencing the competency of the workforce through the NVQ frame work. The National Occupational Standards for Drug and Alcohol workers have now been incorporated into the NVQ level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care, enabling specialist drug and alcohol workers to undertake an NVQ specifically related to their field..."
